Founding Moms Tobi has lived in Lithia, Florida for the past 4 years and is originally from Florida. She is married with a daughter. Tobi became a full-time firefighter paramedic five years ago at a local county fire department. Tobi came up with the idea for Milk Trays, “With my profession as a firefighter, my schedule took me away from my daughter for 24 hour shifts. After maternity leave, I wanted to continue the benefits of breastfeeding. Finding only one means of doing so, I was inspired to give moms a better choice and help them feel confident that their babies are getting exactly what they need.” Abi Merkle (on the left)Abi has lived in Lithia, Florida for the past 4 years as well and is originally from Texas. She is married with two sons. Abi works full-time as an Advertising Manager for a furniture company which operates in the southeast. “Tobi and I were scrapbooking one night and she approached me with her inspiration. Having the advertising background, I began sketching our logo and the look of the Milk Trays. I was instantly convinced!” Sensible Lines was founded in Florida in April 2007. Tobi and Abi have enjoyed this new opportunity and to helps moms be more successful and breast feed longer.
